How do I place an order?

For international customers, choose language and currency at the top right corner of the site.

Do I need to be a member to place an order?

Yes. Set up your own account by clicking SIGN UP at the very top section of our homepage. Add required information and then you will be completed with the registration. By setting up an account, you will be able to check your history of purchase and receive exclusive newsletters from our site.

What payment options do you accept?

Currently, we only accept payments by credit cards listed below for international customers.

As we take card fraud seriously, we use 3D secure authentication system to verify your credit card. Please note that in case your credit card is not verified, your order will be cancelled. For information about your credit card status, please contact your local credit card company.

What currency will I be charged in?

We charge international customers in Japanese Yen. Your total amount of purchase will be debited from your credit card when we dispatch your package. Please note that the total amount to be charged may differ from the amount shown in the confirmation screen when you had ordered due to exchange rates.

What are my shipping options?

We basically charge delivery cost of 10,000 yen for every purchase.However in case of delivery cost exceeding 10,000 yen depending on size/weight of the purchased products,we might ask you to follow additional instruction of purchasing with Credit Card to fully pay for delivery costs.We sincerely thank you for your understandings.

How can I track my order?

After we dispatch your order, we will send you a Dispatch Confirmation via email with your order summery, carrier and a tracking number so that you can track your order to the door.


Please note that we are unable to track your order once it has been dispatched. Please contact the carrier with your tracking number when you require further information.

What will the duties and taxes on my order be?

All shipments outside of Japan could be subject to custom duties and taxes. As we are unable to advise what the charges will be, we will always seek your confirmation prior to dispatching international orders.

Can I change my order once I have received my Order Confirmation?

For security reasons, we do not accept changes once you order has been confirmed. Any additional orders will need to be created as a new one. We may be able to cancel your order provided that the item(s) are not dispatched. Please contact customer service customer@restir.com for further help.
